Six structural features
This switch cabinet is divided into a circuit breaker room, a busbar room, a cable room and a relay room. Rooms are separated by insulating steel plates. Each chamber has its own pressure relief channel. The busbar room is in the upper rear part of the cabinet, and the busbars are arranged in a shape.
The circuit breaker room is located at the lower part of the cabinet and is high inside, making it easy for maintenance personnel to inspect the circuit breaker. The current transformer is located at the front and bottom of the circuit breaker for easy line checking and detection.
The busbars are fixed by insulators, and all busbars are covered with heat-shrinkable insulating sleeves, which can effectively prevent the spread of accidents. The cable room is behind the lower part of the cabinet. The connection position of the cable head is up to the ground. There is a large space left in the cable room to facilitate the production, installation and monitoring of the cable head. The cable room and the cable trench are sealed with a rubber plate to prevent moisture. and small objects enter the cabinet through the cable trench. The switch cabinet has complete five-proof functions and is labor-saving and convenient to operate.
Do not use any form of insulating partitions (or composite insulation) between phases and ground in the cabinet.
