Product Overview

The core of this product is made of high-quality oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheet material. It is manufactured by the German company's step-jointed core automatic production line and uses a five-step stacked joint process to greatly improve the no-load performance of the core. The coils are made of (formerly Bajiage) epoxy resin, and the coil casting process is completed by German vacuum casting equipment. This product has good resin permeability and no bubbles, so the partial discharge amount is small. The high and low voltage coils are closely matched and have strong structural strength, thus ensuring strong resistance to short circuit and vibration. Under normal use conditions, the service life of this product is years. During the operating life period, under normal use conditions, the product will not cause cracks on the coil surface due to temperature changes.
